The UNESCO Chair of Higher Education Management, of the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), promotes the study and dissemination of improvement of university policies and management all over the world. Its mission is to promote quality, innovation and social commitment of higher education institutions in the area of management through training and knowledge management systems. The UNESCO Chair of Higher Education Management offers activities related to coaching, training and research. Organises tailor-made coaching services for institutions that wish to promote key aspects of their strategic management and their communication, quality and information. It has coached universities around the world and units in drawing up their strategic plans and introducing quality.
