TalSU is appointed for preparation of highly skilled experts in different directions, specialities according to necessary for the decision of social and economic problems for region. Purpose ТSU is realization of educational programs on preparation of the qualified experts of corresponding branches of economy of region and the republic, meeting modern requirements.

TalSU is going to be a regional base for the implementation of the training sessions and establish Youth Center. It will be responsible for sending teachers to EU universities trainings; for the completing of materials and delivering trainings in home universities for students. Also it will be responsible for dissemination of project results and will participate in meetings of the project and round table organised by KNU.
